About This Site The Documentary Filmmakers Group (DFG) is the UK's largest documentary specific organisation. In 2005, we launched a membership scheme to expand the services we offer and provide members with greater access to resources, information and opportunities. With the introduction of the DFG Community area, we now have a centralised hub for members to access the full range of benefits available and, above all, communicate with each other. There are four main areas of the Community. 1.    DFG Blogs The DFG Blogs are moderated by a DFG editor and posts are updated to the relevant blog once a day. The DFG Blogs are: Announcements Jobs Offered/ Wanted Screenings/ Events Q&A Discussion 2.    Your Blog This is your very own blog, to do with what you will. You can name it and post up your own news, thoughts, or meanderings of the imagination. You accept responsibility for anything you post on your own blog. 3.    Stuff This is where you will find resources exclusive to members, a pot that will grow over the coming months, including guides, reviews and interviews with the great and good of the doc-making community. 4.    Inspire Me Ready for your next film but not quite sure what that film is going to be? Let DFG gently prod your imagination with news from the worlds of science, politics, the arts and society.
