  • Purely Production offers production support service to documentary makers

Purely Production offers a production support service to individuals and small companies who want to outsource all or elements of the production management process. So we can ‘service’ a production from beginning to delivery or simply offer support with things like budgets, setting up shoots, post production or accounting. We are a network of production professionals all with extensive experience in the documentary field. Though we may need to visit you from time to time, the majority of work is done at our own premises (which means you don't even need to have an office) and as we are all freelance we are able to keep our overheads to a minimum. The result of working like this means that our services can be accessed very economically. In short, we are able to offer all the production support that a traditional production company might offer at a fraction of the cost. Several well known documentary makers have used our services recently including Daisy Asquith and Marc and Nick Francis of Black Gold fame. If you need assistance with any aspect (or all) of or your production please email me at sian@purelyproduction.com.

  • Producer Desired...

I'm a young filmmaker working on a short documentary about migration to submit to festivals next year and I am looking for a like minded producer to collaborate on the project with.

This documentary will deal with the issue of migrative in a creative and visual way. I have access to my equipment, I'm looking for someone to colloborate with as two heads are always better than one.

This will involve some creative input, practical help with finding contributors, writing proposals, sourcing locations and being general brainstorming sounding board.

  • Looking for Producer

    Hi Everyone,

We're a small production company, just moving into documentary.

We've shot one doc (on life at a science research base in the Arctic) that we're editing currently, and another that is in development, with funders who have expressed an interest in the project.

We're looking to work with a producer who can help us to take the project from development through to the next stages, work with potential investors, and generally assist us in making it happen. Of course this would be a fully paid position with a negotiable rate. We're looking for someone who has extensive experience in producing docs, and also good links with broadcasters.

If you're interested in chatting, please get in touch at info@bonneyandklein.com

    Thanks,
    Anthony

  • Short docs wanted

    Hi everyone,

I am putting up a cross-disciplinary exhibition which should be launched in December and would like to have a few screenings next month to tie in with the theme of the exhibition. We are looking for short films (between 1 and 8 minutes) on the theme of London. The theme is deliberately vast so we can have as many submissions as possible but it could be anything from a slice of life to a portrait of the city...etc.If you are interested, please email me at stephanie.pochet@itv.com

    Take care,

    Steph.
